Medical Oncology

Your highly trained medical oncologists work together to determine the best treatment plan for you and help manage your ongoing care.

Our board-certified hematologists and oncologists treat the entire spectrum of cancer types, including:

  • Benign and malignant blood disorders
  • Breast cancer
  • Gastrointestinal cancer
  • Gynecologic cancer
  • Head and neck cancer
  • Lung cancer
  • Urological cancer

Depending on your condition and unique needs, your treatment plan may include medication on its own or along with other treatments, such as surgical oncology and radiation therapy.

Our Medical Oncology Team

Our medical oncology team uses advanced protocols and technology. These experts are involved from diagnosis and treatment to follow-up care and survivorship.

The medical oncologists who lead our team depend on the support of oncology-certified nurses (OCNs) and advanced oncology-certified nurse practitioners (AOCNPs) who have been recognized for their specialized knowledge and experience in cancer care through the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation.

In addition, we offer advanced and expanded treatment options through a comprehensive clinical research program, including clinical trials through the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology and Dana-Farber/Partners Cancer Care Affiliate studies.
