If you need rehabilitation care during your stay in Newton-Wellesley Hospital, we’ll work with you to create a customized plan of care that addresses your specific needs. The rehabilitation plan will be informed by your abilities, goals, recreational activities and work responsibilities.
Our experienced, caring occupational therapists and physical therapists are with you every step of the way during your recovery, and we stay connected with you for as long as necessary. If you require rehabilitation care after your discharge from the hospital, you can continue your treatment as an outpatient. We also can help arrange any home services or short-term rehabilitation care you may need.
