Hand therapy is a specialty practice for both occupational therapists and physical therapists. Our hand therapists work closely with hand surgeons at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, as well as those from downtown Boston and throughout Greater Boston, to give you the most comprehensive care possible. As part of your hand therapy, you will have a primary therapist who will oversee your care. Your primary therapist will work with you and your referring doctor to create and implement a treatment plan that includes personalized goals for your rehabilitation.

If your injury requires a splint, we design and make splints on site for faster and more convenient care.
We also provide specialized treatment for hand, wrist, and elbow injuries that affect elite athletes in conjunction with our Sports Medicine colleagues.
