Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

 

Our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a medically supervised group program that includes exercise and education on heart-healthy living to help you regain strength, endurance, and confidence after your heart event. Our program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, which is a testament to our efforts in providing high quality patient care.

Benefits of Cardiac Rehabilitation

Research shows that there are many potential benefits of participating following heart surgery, heart attack, and for other heart-related conditions. Benefits include:

  • Improved health, quality of life, and longevity
  • Prevention of future heart problems
  • Reduced risk of hospital stays or Emergency Department visits for heart problems
  • Reduced risk for other health problems, such as diabetes, stroke, or peripheral artery disease

Cardiac Rehabilitation Team

Our team has expertise on heart-healthy living. The team will provide guidance on exercising safely, reaching your nutrition goals, and building resiliency. Our Medical Director will review your treatment plan to ensure it is safe and effective.
