Raising Resilient Kids Fridays, noon-1:15 p.m. via Zoom

  • March 28 -  May 16    (No class April 25)

A seven-week skill-building program for parents of elementary school-aged children in a small group setting. Topics include building blocks of child development, emotional regulation, how to build optimism, setting up health habits, and strategies for fostering connections at home and with others.

Raising Resilient Teens Wednesdays, 8:45-10:00 a.m. via Zoom

  • March 26 - May 14   (No class April 23)

A seven-week skill-building program for parents of tweens/teens in a small group setting. Topics include adolescent brain and development, communication and connection with your teen, setting expectations, what to do when teens don't meet expectations, and teen stress and anxiety.

After you submit this form, you will receive an email with a link to pay by credit card. If this presents a financial hardship, please send an email to NWHResilienceProject@partners.org. Scholarships are available. We do not want the fee to preclude participation for anybody.
