Join us for our community programming hosted by Newton-Wellesley Hospital Community Health and The Newton-Wellesley Community Collaborative. All events are free and open to everyone. The Heart Health and Wellness Council is hosting a webinar titled: “Sleep: Myths and Truths." Expert clinicians will delve into aspects of our sleep. We will explore the importance of sleep and how good and bad sleep can affect your health, the effectiveness of sleep supplements and other types of sleep aids. Clinicians will share a variety of insights related to sleep. The event will feature Dr. Aran Kadar and Dr. Amrit Misra and a question-and-answer session will be moderated by Dr. George Philippides.
