Virtual Urgent Care is also available to patients age 3+ in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Virtual Urgent Care is an option to be seen and treated for minor illnesses and injuries that do not require attention from a hospital emergency department.

Saturdays 9 - 5 p.m.
Sundays closed

DAYS WE ARE CLOSED: We are closed on weekends and also closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Patriots' Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Veterans' Day. We are open on Indigenous People's Day.

Services available in Waltham

Waltham Walk-In provides walk-in treatment for minor illnesses and injuries that require medical attention but are not life threatening. The Walk-In offers access to physicians and nursing care. 

Conditions treated (for anyone 3 months or older) include:

• Sore throats, coughs, colds and flu
• Upper respiratory infections
• Sinus infections
• Asthma, bronchitis and pneumonia
• Vomiting and diarrhea
• Insect bites
• Rashes, scrapes, cuts and minor burns
• Earaches
• Sprains and minor fractures
• Muscle aches and pains
• Minor eye injuries, infections or irritation
• Back pain
• Urinary tract infections
• Sexually transmitted infections
• Yeast Infection
• Fever
• Nebulizer treatment (when permitted)
• COVID-19 testing is not currently available at our Waltham Walk-In site. 

X-rays by appointment

X-Rays are available at the Walk-In by appointment only. 

Lab work -- no appointment necessary

Lab work is available with no appointment necessary. Lab hours are Monday through Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

If you are in active labor or experiencing a life threatening event, including, but not limited to, chest pain, heart attack, stroke, difficulty breathing or active bleeding, immediately call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department. Waltham Walk-In is not equipped to handle these types of emergencies.
