Our virtual exercise and fitness classes are designed to accommodate various levels and abilities. Instructors are always able to suggest ways of adapting any class or workout to meet your individual needs.
Pilates mat work and gentle stretching to strengthen the core muscles, tone and increase flexibility in the back and spine. Will help improve balance, breathing, energy level and posture. All levels welcome. For all with the ability to get down to and up from the floor.

This 30-minute Pilates-based exercise session is designed for the adult age 80 and older who may not have the mobility to get down and up from a Mat without assistance. This home program can be done anywhere with a sturdy chair and props such as a tennis or massage ball, TheraBand, and a paper plate. If you don't own any of these props, you may perform the exercises without them, using your own body weight and control.

Non-aerobic routine of strength building exercises (standing & floor) using repetitions, resistance bands and hand weights. Focus is on using correct form for maximum strength gain and to improve posture, balance and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. For all with the ability to get down to and up from the floor.

This 55-minute class will help you build a stronger, more sculpted body, improve posture and balance and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. You will also learn proper weight-training techniques, which is key to success. The class begins with a brief warm-up, followed by strength training exercises for all the major muscle groups of the body, both standing, seated and on the floor, and concludes with gentle stretching exercises to increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension. The class is designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels and abilities. A chair, athletic shoes, hand weights, an exercise mat, and water are recommended.

A regular Tai Chi practice of slow and rhythmic movements is said to encourage an increase in circulation, relieve stress, promote flexibility, and increase strength. Over time, you will experience a marked improvement in concentration, range of motion and balance. For all ages and abilities.
