Join Aditi Paranjape, RD, LD, for a four-part series of small group-sessions, with cancer prevention lectures focused on simple ways to build a cancer-prevention diet. Aditi will discuss a variety of nutrition and wellness topics related to cancer prevention, offering support and encouragement to patients wanting to make lifestyle changes in nutrition.

From your initial diagnosis through your care plan and into survivorship, cancer treatment can impact your appearance. Led by a volunteer aesthetician, Completely You offers an opportunity for participants to come together in a small group setting to learn more about makeup and skincare during and after cancer treatment. In these sessions, you will learn and practice makeup application and appropriate skin care techniques. We have fun and laugh together as we learn and share ideas.
When: Sessions are held monthly in February, May, September and December. Where: Sessions are currently being held virtually Who: We invite all who are preparing to start or are currently undergoing treatment at the Mass General Cancer Center at Newton-Wellesley

Cost: This program is available free of charge and each participant receives a free makeup kit.
