Harvard Pilgrim Health Care named Newton-Wellesley Hospital to the 2012 Harvard Pilgrim Hospital Honor Roll. The Honor Roll names those hospitals whose performance was among the top 25 percent of those measured nationally on a set of composite quality metrics. The metrics are based on the CMS Hospital Compare and Leapfrog measures. The Newton-Wellesley Physician Hospital Organization was also named to the Harvard Pilgrim Physician Group Honor Roll in recognition of excellence in preventative, acute and chronic care illness management for our Harvard Pilgrim Heath Care patients.
