Getting Your Blood Drawn

Phlebotomy is the act of drawing or removing blood from the circulatory system through an incision or puncture in order to obtain a sample for analysis and diagnosis.

Phlebotomy is also done as part of a patient's treatment for certain blood disorders.

Pre-Registration

To help you save time, you can pre-register online. We will still need to reconfirm some of your information when you arrive for your blood draw. 

Drawing Station for Children

Our pediatric drawing room is designed to help children feel more comfortable with child-friendly colors, themes and toys. Our staff members are trained in the best ways to draw a child and have attended various seminars. A Child Life Specialist is also on site for assistance.
