Insulin Pump Program
The Insulin Pump Program was started in September 2008. Patients are
referred by an endocrinologist for insulin pump therapy. Both the nurse and
registered dietitian collaboratively assess an individual’s readiness and ability
to manage the pump for their diabetes care.
