Our childbirth classes follow the content and time guidelines recommended by Lamaze International and the Boston Association of Childbirth Educators. All of our instructors are certified in their area.
Maternity Tours are held once or twice a week at 5:30pm. Register at 617-243-6649
Our exercise and fitness classes are designed to accommodate various levels and abilities. Instructors are always able to suggest ways of adapting any class or workout to meet your individual needs. Please note you must pre-register to attend a class. You may also register for any class at any time during the session and the price of the class will be adjusted accordingly.
Insurance Reimbursement: Ask your insurance provider about coverage. We will provide a certificate of completion to submit to your insurance company upon request.

Non-aerobic routine of stretch and strength building exercises (standing, floor). Focus is on becoming/staying active and increasing muscle strength to improve health, posture, balance and reduce risk of osteoporosis. For all ages and abilities. Class includes strength training exercises (standing) and Pilates mat work (floor) exercises to help improve balance and posture while also increasing muscular strength. For all ages with the ability to get down to and up from the floor.

Focus is on using correct form for maximum strength gain to improve posture, balance and reduce risk of osteoporosis. For women of all ages with the ability to get down to and up from the floor. Designed to meet the special needs of pregnant women. Release tension, stretch and increase strength, flexibility and energy. An excellent class for all fitness levels. Experience breathing techniques and learn to apply them in meditation and yoga. The emphasis is on breathing, meditation and gentle exercise.
