Childbirth Education
Our childbirth classes follow the content and time guidelines recommended by Lamaze International and the Boston Association of Childbirth Educators. All of our instructors are certified in their area.

Wellness Center
Our exercise and fitness classes are designed to accommodate various levels and abilities. Instructors are always able to suggest ways of adapting any class or workout to meet your individual needs. Please note you must pre-register to attend a class. You may also register for any class at any time during the session and the price of the class will be adjusted accordingly.

Insurance Reimbursement: Ask your insurance provider about coverage. We will provide a certificate of completion to submit to your insurance company upon request.

Non-aerobic routine of strength building exercises (standing & floor) using repetitions, resistance bands and hand weights. Focus is on using correct form for maximum strength gain and to improve posture, balance and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. For all ages with the ability to get down to and up from the floor. Non-Aerobic combination of strength training exercises (standing and floor), Pilates mat work (floor) and yoga inspired movement. Focus is on building core strength and improving balance. Aerobic class based on dance moves and includes arm and core strengthening exercises. Focus is on energy boost, improved heart function and stress reduction. For all ages and abilities, no dance experience required.

Zumba is great class whether you want to start a new exercise program or trying to rev up your current exercise routine. Join us for this fun and lively class taught by an experienced instructor. If you love rhythm (or even if you are a little rhythm challenged) this is the class for you. Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout. The goal is simple: to work out, to love working out, and for you to find a program that you will want to stick with!Zumba has coined the term "fitness party" and makes fitness fun! For all ages and abilities, no dance experience required.

Life with a new baby is exciting. This class will provide expectant parents with guidance, tips and support as they prepare for the birth of their child. Using doll models you will learn about infant bathing and dressing, feeding, infant communication, crying, sleep patterns, signs of illness, how to take a baby's temperature, when to call a physician and the needs and adjustments of becoming a family. Meets once. Cost is for expectant woman and her support person/partner.

Designed to meet the special needs of pregnant women. Release tension, stretch and increase strength, flexibility and energy. An excellent class for all fitness levels. Experience breathing techniques and learn to apply them in meditation and yoga. The emphasis is on breathing, meditation and gentle exercise.
