Transparency

As the relentless national demand for transparency from health care systems grows, Partners has developed a Quality Report Card Website which is available at www.partners.org/quality.  Through a series of initiatives called High Performance Medicine (HPM), Partners has accelerated the use of information technology, emphasized patient safety and the reduction of medical errors, moved toward uniform high quality across the Partners system, improved care for the sickest and the highest cost patients, and facilitated improved utilization of high cost drugs and radiologic imaging.
