Career Development Workshops
NWH has recently established an annual Career Development Workshop. The first session had various Vice Presidents at PHS institutions available for discussions about their career paths and experiences they had as they entered the healthcare administration field. The second session included former Partners HealthCare System fellows still in the Boston area in various stages of their careers to discuss their experiences as fellows and how that contributed to their career path. The intention is to make this a formal annual event and also a monthly informal networking opportunity for all of the fellows to discuss their various experiences.
