Directions to Rehabilitation Services
The Rehabilitation Department is located on the second floor of the west wing of the hospital.
From West Entrance
- Walk past the reception desk, turn right and take the west elevators to the second floor.
- Turn right off the elevator to the Rehabilitation Department.
From East (Surgical) Entrance
- Walk past the East Lobby Reception Desk
- Turn right down Shipley Way past “Charlies On the Way”.
- Turn left at the end of the hall and go past the Coffee and Gift Shops to the West Lobby.
- Turn left and take the west elevators to the second floor.
- Turn right off the elevator to the Rehabilitation Department.
From Parking Garage and Medical Office Building
- Walk straight towards the West Lobby passing the Coffee Shop and Gift Shop.
- At the West Lobby, turn left and take the west elevators to the second floor.
- Turn right off the elevator to the Rehabilitation Department.
