Collaboration
Our nursing directors and managers, in collaboration with staff, develop annual goals for each patient care unit. These objectives are consistent with the broader goals of the Nursing Division and Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Additionally, our nursing team collaborates directly with our patients, their families and health care providers to develop the most appropriate plan of care.
