The Division of Nephrology provides inpatient and outpatient consultations in renal, electrolyte and acid-base disorders and hypertension and management of patients with renal failure requiring acute or chronic dialysis.

Kidney transplantation is coordinated with a transplant center in Boston, with pre- and post-operative care available at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
