Newton-Wellesley Hospital ranks third in 2008 patient satisfaction national survey

 More than 80 percent of Newton-Wellesley patients would recommend the Hospital to someone else, according to a new federal survey of patient care.
The Hospital placed third in a list of Massachusetts hospitals measured for patient satisfaction.
The survey was conducted by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and followed more than 2,700 hospitals around the country. The results were posted on March 28, 2008.
