 HEAL (Helping Educate After Loss) is a service at Newton-Wellesley Hospital that provides resources to families dealing with loss, including:
Adult Loss
Childbirth and Pregnancy Loss
Child Loss
Our team includes social workers and chaplains who are available to talk with patients and families during the day and on an on-call basis. They are here to help families start on this unexpected journey by letting them know what to expect and answering questions and providing emotional support and resources.
