Contact Us The Oncology Research Nurse and Research Coordinator play a pivotal role in attaining the highest ethical standards, which ensure data integrity and contribute to the protection of human subjects and ultimately to the success of the Cancer Research Program. Some of their major responsibilities include recruitment, education and enrollment of eligible subjects. They also collect and maintain the research data as well as serve as the primary liaison between the subject, the PI, and the sponsor. They are integral to the safe and effective performance of clinical trials.
